From starting his career with the prestigious Rouse Company, to having the vision and drive of starting a company to utilize his experience, Patrick has been a well respected staple in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He made headlines in 2011 when he opened Tivoli Village in dire economic times. Having worked before the era of “technology in lieu of personal contact”, Patrick has hands-on experience in creating meaningful in-person industry relationships that exist to this day, and allow for a certain rapport that is rare in today’s age.
